Hand made by artisans in Peru they are 40% Cotton, 30% Acrylic and 30% Alpaca Wool. Because these garments are not mass produced you can expect some slight variation in design and color uniformity from item to item. One thing is absolutely consistent - they are a hit with kids (and Grandparents)! They are available in standard sizes 2, 4, 6 and 8 - you will have to gauge the size on whether the child is relatively big or small for their age. Hand wash or gentle cycle cold water with mild detergent (no bleach), reshape and flatten to dry.
